Hansey's litigation and arbitration experience span a wide range of areas including commercial disputes, international trade, oil and gas, telecommunications, company law, maritime and aviation, intellectual property, employment, personal injury, construction, trade disputes, insurance, taxation, banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Abigail Wilson, Johnson was in active practice at Eculaw Group, a commercial law firm, as an Associate Counsel. Johnson is presently nurturing some of the Firm’s startup clients.
Anita is an excellent Attorney with a penchant for details and a firm understanding of Corporate Commercial Law Practice and Company Secretarial services. She is presently assisting the Firm’s client to establish a Microfinance Bank in Johannesburg South Africa.
After a very brief stint with (the defunct) Oceanic Insurance, Young joined the Law Firm of Babalakin & Co in January 2010, and later rose to become a Litigation Team Coordinator in less than two years. He later became a Pioneer member of the Law Firm of Lexavier Partners.
Miriam advises both indigenous and multinational corporations on matters pertaining to corporate law, employment law, general alien participation and foreign investment regulations. She provides company secretarial services to multinational and indigenous companies. She is also actively involved in tracking bills at the National Assembly as well as legislative advocacy.
Queenette advises our clients on corporate and commercial law transactions such as: corporate restructuring, investment finance, contractual agreements in oil and gas, real estates, infrastructure, intellectual property and entertainment law, and regulatory requirements for local and foreign investors. She also volunteers free legal advice and representation to indigent individuals who are standing criminal trial.
Machiso represents several clients on issues pertaining to banking, oil and gas and corporate law in superior courts of record. He provides advice to various indigenous and multinational companies as well as statutory corporations on matters relating to energy and natural resources, corporate and commercial law. Munachiso also tracks bills at the National Assembly and provides legislative advisory services to clients.
